Abstract

Description

In this essay, Participants 154 and 155 share their experience as FoodCorp service members during the COVID-19 pandemic. Participants describe how most of their service activities shifted to remote modalities, such as virtual live cooking demonstrations, tutorials, and nutrition education. Despite COVID-19-related challenges, the participants share how they worked to provide food services to their communities, but describe their fear of returning to a lockdown.
