Abstract

Description

In this focus group, participants engage in a conversation about how the COVID-19 pandemic changed all their lives. Parents share their experiences with helping their kids through remote learning. Other participants talk about what it is like learning in a virtual classroom. While sharing that there are pros and cons to remote education, participants agree that in-person education is most conducive to learning. Participants also discuss challenges around the digital divide, financial instability, spirituality, and the feelings that come with the loss of loved ones.
