Description

In this written interview, Participant 176 shares how the COVID-19 pandemic impacted their mental health. They shared that the lockdown and not being allowed to go to the gym were challenges, but that they found strength in family and self-motivation. They share about adopting and caring for a dog during the pandemic, and describe receiving unemployment and stimulus support.
