dc.descriptionIn this interview, Participant 219 describes their experience with isolating and quarantining at home during the COVID-19 pandemic. The participant shares that they are isolating with their spouse and tries to socialize at a distance, going for walks just to see people. They share it has been challenging to stay motivated and positive, describing limiting watching the news about the death toll of COVID-19. The participant describes the experience of returning from retirement to support with meal distribution and special projects in nutrition programs, which they share has given them purpose.
