Description
In this interview, Participant 228 describes navigating the challenges of COVID-19, finding support, and providing spport through volunteering in their community. They share that the pandemic impacted existing mental health issues, and led to new fears and isolation. The participant describes taking courses in contact tracing and getting involved, and beginning to study epidemiology, noting that helping others has helped them through the challenges of COVID-19.
