Description
In this interview, Participant 213 shares their experience of working as an emergency room physician during the COVID-19 pandemic. The participant expresses fear about contracting the virus and passing it to family members. Despite this fear, the participant is happy to be a frontline worker during the pandemic and having the opportunity to help others in their time of sickness and need. Participant 213 realizes the importance of human connection after people have been forced apart due to the virus. As a healthcare worker, participant 213 admits to receiving the COVID-19 vaccine and encourages others to do the same as this will help end the pandemic.
