Abstract

Description

In this interview, Participant 132 shared how they addressed the challenges of the pandemic in their agency by trying to reduce misinformation and implement recommendations. They describe experiencing the loss of a family member, and their perception of a lack of support from national public health leaders. They share how their clients felt confused about recommendations because of different information from various places, and the difficulty their agency faced in implementing guidelines for their clients. The participant describes the support they received from coworkers when they lost a family member.
