Abstract
Description
In this interview, Participant 480 describes their experience navigating social isolation and receiving information about COVID-19. The participant shares that they relied on local newspapers, radio programs, and phone calls to obtain information about the pandemic. They describe the process of receiving the COVID-19 vaccine, explaining that it was difficult to sign up for it because they do not own a computer. The participant talks about acts of kindness they have received and done for others, such as donating fabric for making masks, and discusses the challenges that COVID-19 posed for residents without access to technology and transportation.
