Description
In this short film, Participant 361 shares how their family felt lost when the COVID-19 pandemic began, and that it led to experiencing low resources. The participant shares that they encouraged their family to remain positive, and urges people to focus on the positives to help forge through their hardships. They recommend spending time outdoors as a safe and effective way to support mental health.
