dc.descriptionIn this interview, Participant 441 discusses challenges with social isolation and balancing work and family life while being confined to their home. The participant says the news negatively affected their own mental health, as well as that of their family, and they decided to stop listening in. Instead, they share that they found solace in spending more time outdoors and creating new activities to keep their young children entertained. The participant says their biggest disappointment was being very scared of contracting the coronavirus at the beginning of the pandemic, which kept them away from loved ones.
