Description
In this interview, Participant 488 describes that their life changed significantly due to the COVID-19 pandemic. They share that in February 2020, they felt severe symptoms from COVID-19. The participant explains that they run a salon, and describes the experience and impact of closures on their work. They share acts of kindness that supported them, from customers in their community. The participant describes the impacts of social isolation, and challenges in the community related to food insecurity and transportation.
