They express disappointment during the pandemic about being on lockdown. The participant shares their perception that New Jersey could do more to help people financially, particularly people experiencing homelessness. They feel concern about the loss of businesses, and frustration toward people not cooperating with guidelines, but emphasize the need to re-open.
