Description:

In this interview, Participant 8 shares their experience with working remotely and getting to spend more time with their child, a college student, who was navigating virtual education. They found support through their community organization and church. The participant expresses their sadness and disappointment about not seeing other family and friends, and the refusal of others to wear a mask. They describe their fears and nervousness, the inequities in society amplified by the pandemic, and the need for more resources, such as increased testing and more coordinated contact tracing throughout the state. |
