dc.description.abstractThis Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) provides a comprehensive and standardized framework for estimating and reporting GHG emissions and removals from the Land Use, Land-Use Change, and Forestry (LULUCF) sector. Developed by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) in partnership with the Greenhouse Gas Management Institute (GHGMI), the SOP aligns with the methodologies outlined in the 2006 IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories and the practices used in the U.S. national GHG inventory.
