A different copy is held by Johns Hopkins and available on Wikimedia is better quality (looks like vellum), was printed in New York evidently somewhat later that year (date merely ‘1841'), and is addressed to the “People of New Jersey.” A.H. Freeman (alone) signed it and it specifies two ‘secretaries' whose names don’t appear in the original document. A quick take suggests differences in the text as well, apparently aimed at this new and wider audience - Flavia Alaya
