dc.description.abstractIn 1990 and 1991, water samples from 100 drinking water fountains in 50 school buildings were collected and analyzed for lead, copper, hardness, alkalinity, pH, and temperature. Fountains were sampled first thing in the morning, after flushing the fountain for 10 minutes, and just before the first lunch break at the school.en_US
