    The 1996 Amendments to the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) require states to prepare an annual report documenting the ongoing implementation of the Capacity Development Program for addressing capacity determinations for new systems and the application of the approved strategy for existing public water systems. This is the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection’s sixth annual report on the ongoing implementation of the Capacity Development Program.
