Abstract
Description
In this focus group, participants share their diverse experiences and perspectives of the COVID-19 pandemic. They share their initial reaction to the news of the pandemic, their experience shopping for supplies, and their overall outlook on life and current events. The participants talk about the sadness they feel over the divisiveness of the country and how the federal government could have handled the pandemic better. The participants also share their struggles over unemployment, expressing that New Jersey could have done better in managing unemployment payments.
