Abstract
On Thursday May 7th, Vice President Biden came to New Jersey for a ceremonial groundbreaking of the state's first infrastructure project funded by the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act. During his remarks he took a moment to praise Governor Corzine's leadership on the economic recovery.
