Abstract

On June 8th the Governor, along with state and federal officials, broke ground on a new Mass Transit Tunnel under the Hudson River. The project will streamline commuting in and out of New York City, create 6,000 construction jobs a year for the next seven years and produce 44,000 permanent jobs after completion as a result of increased economic mobility in the region.
