Medication Assisted Treatment Initiative Bi-Annual Reports
The Bloodborne Disease Harm Reduction Act (P.L. 2006, c.99) was signed into law on December 19, 2006. An original implementation plan for the Needle Exchange Treatment Initiative (NETI) was submitted to the Governor and the Legislature in April, 2007. The initiative is now known as the Medication Assisted Treatment Initiative (MATI).
