The participant relies on their phone to stay connected with family members, but that the use of new technology has been difficult for older adults and created isolation. They discuss their experience with teleheath for virtual doctor's appointments, and share concerns about people not wearing masks correctly and posing a risk of transmitting COVID-19 to others.
