Freeman (alone) signed it and it specifies two ‘secretaries' whose names don’t appear in the original document. A quick take suggests differences in the text as well, apparently aimed at this new and wider audience - Flavia Alayaen-USNew JerseySlaveryEmancipationAddress to the Legislature of New-Jersey in behalf of the colored population of the state / by Citizens of Paterson.
