Samples were collected during the growing season, when agricultural runoff of pesticides was most likely. Samples were taken both during base flow conditions (fair weather) and during storm events. Samples were analyzed for a variety of pesticides that are 1) known to be used in the state or 2) are presently regulated or anticipated to be regulated in drinking water.en-USNew JerseyArticle
