Back of Photo: “One of the last small community libraries. It has appropriations of $1,000 from the town for paying the librarian an assistant, both part time (maintenance of the building and purchase of a few books. They buy reference books they want and standard non-fiction. The library is open 3-5 on Monday afternoon, and Monday and Thursday evenings from 7-9.”
