Abstract

Description

In 1949 Archbishop Walsh of Newark was visiting Spring lake for a conference of priests from the Archdiocese of Newark. While there he visited St. Catharine's Church. He was so impressed with the design of the interior that he engaged Professor Gonippo Raggi to complete the interior design of Sacred Heart Cathedral in Newark.
