Abstract

Description

To the south of the Grand Foyer is this large reception room which is also 100 feet long and 35 feet wide. Although Lr. and Mrs Parsons had the grandest home in Long Branch they were not accepted into local society. Mrs. Parson would often invite local guests to parties at Shadow Lawn and no-one every showed up at the parties.
