dc.descriptionThis beautiful Neoclassical building, that was completed in sections and totally completed in 1931, It is the tallest building in Elizabeth. The first section is the 1905 courthouse. It faces east and is located in front of the main building. This section of the courthouse has a large portico with two high columns and recessed entrance. In the center of the roof is a wide low dome with a large interior rotunda.
