Cobble Court was built in 1935 at the height of the depression by Curtis E. Forstmann and his wife Elizabeth at a cost of $500,000.
Mr. Forstmann was owner of The Forstmann Wool Company in Passaic, New Jersey.
Located on 1.96 acres, this 9,652 ft home has 10 bedrooms and 7.5 baths. In addition, there is a pool, tennis court, and a carriage house.
