The 101 Hudson Building, completed in 1992, is located on the site of the former Colgate-Palmolive complex. Designed by Brennan B. Gormanthe, the 548-foot structure is a neo-deco-style office building. Rising to forty-two stories, the building is crowned by a series of setbacks and has a marble and granite lobby accessed by a dual entrance
