Description
The Manor House was sold in 1922 to Clarence McKenzie Lewis (1877-1959), an investment banker. He tore down the original house , and commissioned architect John Russell Pope to design this 44-room Tudor Revival Manor House.
The manor is a reproduction English mansion featuring rectangular, bay and oriel windows.
The half-timbered Tudor Revival style residence was constructed between 1922 and 1927, featuring 44 rooms and three stories.
