dc.descriptionFinally beachgoers from communities like Point Pleasant and Brick filed discrimination suit to allow the general public to use the Beach. The courts decided to require the town to open its beaches to the general public. Today you can buy a beach daily beach badge, however there are no lockers or parking facilities available to visitors. Parking is available on the street with strictly enforced time limits. As a result, the beaches in Bay Head are rarely crowded.
