dc.description.abstractEight New Jersey seafood chefs participated in the NJ Department of Agriculture's Jersey Seafood Challenge at the Governor's Mansion, Drumthwacket, in Princeton on June 21. They created dishes using sustainable Jersey Seafood and Jersey Fresh ingrediets. The winner, Demetrios Haronis, Exec. Chef of Fin in the Tropicana, Atlantic City, will represent NJ at the Great American Seafood Cook Off in New Orleans, LA on August 11, 2012.en_US
