Description

The most prestigious address in Jersey City was The Duncan, better know as 2600 Kennedy Boulevard, or The Hague The most prestigious address in Jersey City was The Duncan, better known as 2600 Kennedy Boulevard, or The Hague Apartment. It was the home of the Governor of New Jersey, The Mayor, Judges, and other influential people. Our apartment was located on the 8th floor and took up the entire back wing of the building.
