dc.descriptionWestfall Farm was established in 1774 when the Mortimer family received the deed to the property from the Earl of Perth in 1774. The farm survived the Revolutionary War despite the fact that it was often raided by British forces. It has been reported that the farm also was a stop on the Underground Railroad. In 2013 the present owners of the farm Gabrielle Stubbert & Peter Nussbaum established the Tamerlaine Animal Sanctuary.
