Abstract
Description
In this focus group, participants discuss their experiences with social isolation and parenting during the pandemic. Participants also discuss the mask mandate and travel restrictions, difficulty finding COVID-19 testing sites. The participants share challenges in explaining physical distancing to their children, and fears about children losing social connections. Participants share that they saw communities come together to help each other during the pandemic, and the pandemic EBT program was very helpful in terms of maintaining food access.
