OIFP Bureau Chief Cheryl Maccaroni describes a Workers Compensation fraud case. A roofer neglects to tell his insurance company that he is performing roof work which would be a higher risk category requiring a higher premium. The New Jersey Office of the Insurance Fraud Prosecutor (OIFP) is tasked with fighting this problem. INSURANCE FRAUD = PRISON.
