Description
This is the smallest of the 3 fountains in the immediate area, all three being just a few hundred feet apart.
This fountain lies in a narrow strip of land between the State Capitol building and the State House Annex. There is a path that originates from the sidewalk along West State Street and extends far back to the extension of land part of the Capitol Park. There are metallic frogs which spew water to the outside perimeter of the concrete fountain.
