Abstract
Description
The Marble altar and baldachin, marble sanctuary floor, marble altar rail, and life-size crucifix were installed in 1925.
It, installed in the 1920s, is medieval in style, similar to altars in San Clemente and San Giorgio in Velabro in Rome. It is almost an exact copy of the medieval altar in the Cloisters museum in New York City.
