Public hearing before Senate Institutions, Health and Welfare Committee : to closely examine the findings and recommendations of the State Commission of Investigation (SCI) Report on impaired and incompetent physicians, in order to determine the scope of the problem in this state and possible legislative actions that will address this problem.
