Description
For many educated individuals in Colonial America, writing letters was the primary mode of communications. Diaries and log books recorded the weather, expenses, and daily activities. George Washington wrote thousands of letters, kept logs and diaries documenting almost every aspect of his life until his death in 1799. Writing required an array of accessories shown here is a reproduction of a Quill Pen.
