Abstract
Description
Vivian Smith, a prominent architect of southern New Jersey shore communities, designed Ventnor City Hall in 1928 in the Jacobean Revival style.
This building evokes images of the towns namesake in England. Ventnor City Hall remains remarkably intact and clearly reflects the growth and affluence of this seaside community in the early twentieth century
