Description
Having signed the contract for the church it was necessary to raise money to meet obligations. The terms of the contract called for a $10,000 down payment with a second payment in 2 years of $1,000. The interest rate was 5%. Initially loans were made to the parish by several of its parishioners. Finally the Church also sold bonds to parishioners to raise money. This is a picture of those bonds.
