Vol1_C10.pdf and Vol2_C08.pdf are bound separately but appear to pertain to the same case. This case refers to a major fire that occurred in New York City on December 17, 1835. In order to avoid further spread of fire, the mayor, Cornelius W. Lawrence, ordered the destruction of several pieces of property.
