State Law Enforcement Planning Agency

The Law Enforcement Planning Agency was created in 1968 (Hughes, Executive Order 45) and was responsible to the Governor for the implementation of Title I of the ''Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968" in the State of New Jersey."
