The Independence, Dignity and Choice in Long-Term Care Act (N.J.S.A. 30:4D-17.27) requires a report on the annual progress made in rebalancing New Jersey's long-term care system. In FY 2013 there was a realignment of senior services from the Department of Health to DHS.
