Coastal Management Program

New Jersey’s Coastal Management Program (NJCMP) is part of the National Coastal Zone Management Program and is comprised of a network of offices within the Department of Environmental Protection that share responsibility for managing the state's coastal resources. The core offices of the NJCMP are: The Bureau of Climate Resilience Planning (BCRP), within the Climate and Flood Resilience Program; The Office of Policy Implementation (OPI); The Division of Land Use Regulation (DLUR); and the Office of Dredging and Sediment Technology.
