The objective of this study is to conduct baseline studies in waters off New Jersey’s coast to determine the current distribution and usage of this area by ecological resources. It discusses greenhouse gas emissions estimates for the most current and complete data for New Jersey (2009), recent trends, and progress towards achieving the 2020 and 2050 greenhouse gas limits established by the State’s Global Warming Response Act (GWRA).
